COVID-19
At the USIPDC the health and safety of our participants and families is our number one priority. We will modify our competition accordingly and will work closely with the Broadmoor Hotel to be in alignment with any 2023 COVID precautions and regulations.
USIDPC 2023 COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Along with the music - safety is our priority once again this year!
In the event the State or local health department issues a mandatory “Stay at Home” order or mandates the closure of certain programs and/or facilities, participant(s) will be entitled to a refund of $65 less processing fees.
Sanitizer will be readily available. The tables for seating will be 8 feet apart in the international center. There will be a limit of 8 people per table, families and guests may have to spread out to more than one table, small children and toddlers will be the only exception. The students will sit with their parents until it is their time to play. They will then go to the stage, play their duo and when finished return to where they were sitting. They will sanitize their hands before and after playing. The pianos and benches will be sanitized between each duo performance.
